Body Of Missing Man Recovered

The Ottawa Police Service Missing Persons Unit regrets to inform the community that the body of 41-year-old Gordon Korac has been recovered in a wooded area in Barrhaven.

Korac had last been seen on Oct. 19 in Barrhaven on Lusk Street, near the Hampton Inn and Suites, close to the Highway 416/Fallowfield Road interchange. His body was found on Oct. 29.

Korac’s identity was confirmed through forensic identification Nov. 4. His identity was released today (Nov. 9). Ottawa Police say there is no foul play suspected in his death.
